If u have the resources u can off course go for architecture as ur 2nd degree since u said u're passionate about it. It would definitely boost ur professional career no doubt. Just to add; I know too well professional builders who design building plan using CAD. This is not in anyway to limit architects to designs. The Holy Spirit is the sure guide in life.
