Nice design, you should try to use high power relay instead of contactors. They burn out quickly.

But I beg to differ on your recommendation, Contactors are best suited for High Voltage High Current applications, I speak with wealth of experience. However, the snag is that there are so many inferior Contactors in the market just like every other electrical devices. So if you buy based on cost saving, you will surely be paying more later. Our contactor only is as expensive as some ATS (Auto Power changeover) advertised on the Internet because we focus on after sales satisfaction.
