GEJ spent N9B in the preparation of the Confab report which if fairly implemented, will strategically turn around Nigeria. And GMB after promising to implement the report before election, threw it into the archives, and called the report, GEJ and the representatives names.

Now we have a padded budget of confusion gulping N5.4B. Is it that the civil servants are paid double salaries to perform their jobs?

These monies are been syphoned to finance APC 2019 election campaigns. I have said it in the past; Abacha's looting will be a child's play when Buhari's lid of corruption is opened after his tenure.
