Due to a public holiday in the United States of America, many Nigerian banks have announced the inability to process transactions in USD for today. The holiday called the 'President's Day' will see most public offices in USA closed for the day. To this effect, Diamond Bank sent a message to their customers [SEE IMAGE BELOW].
