pls I need advice, I was travelling for my admission screening while we were rubbed on the way and they went away with my bag which contain my neco original certificate . now how do i get the original back cos i school @ Abeokuta while am in Benue now or can i get it in any of neco office? or I should shoulder go back to Abeokuta?
