I am in Lagos and I can attest that despite that Ambode is a thief like all Nigeria politicians, the guy is trying, he is doing a lot while still stealing. But, then there are still several places in Lagos that are eye sores. So, as per the current Anambra State governor, I think the guy is really really trying, I did NYSC in Anambra about 15 years ago and I know how Anambra was during Nbadinuju's reign. This current guy and the last governor really tried if past governors since the creation of the state did 10% of what Willie and Peter Obi did, the Anambra would have been the best state in the whole of Africa now.

The truth remains that both abia and anambra faced neglects of good leadership before seemingly good leadership (although, average when compared to int'l std) came their way. Anambra got her fair leader with Chris Ngige, then Peter Obi and replaced by another fair leader, Willie Obiana while Abia is just getting hers, Okezie Ikpeazu. Ikpeazu is seriously trying and if he continues in this manner, by the end of his 2tenures, the man will do wonders. Anambra has enjoyed fair leadership for the pass 11years, right from the time of Ngige but abia is just managing to get one. Orji Uzor made few efforts in Ngwa rd axis where he believes Igberes and old bends are residing and continued in his home town - igbere. But Thief A Orji is a disaster. He's like the biblical devil that comes to steal, kill and destroy. By the time he left, Abia state was a shadow of its own. However, currently, those pictures above does not depicts the situation of major roads in Aba. Faulks Rd is currently under serious construction and many other roads too.
