But first you have to provide details - picture or video (through a GSM phone). If you are not free yourself let some one that is take it as a burden to do. keep posting updates. Not just generalizing. What is the problem??

Mail to other nespapers as well.

What offences where they charged with? What are their names? How many are they? What state are they domiciled? If i get some information on them i could assist. Cheers
