Operations Manager is wanted for Produce Supply Company (Fruit and vegetables supply)- Village Shop.
We are a produce company (we supply food, vegetable and fruit etc, which we source, and package.). We supply supermarkets and also have a shop that serves as a mini warehouse and retail shop in Dolphin Estate Ikoyi. We are looking for a hardworking, honest, independent, entrepreneurial individual

Location-Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi.

Job Description
• Ensures all task are met on time
• Is responsible for assigning work and directly managing 3 to 5 other employees
• takes complete ownership of the day to day management of the business.
• Inventory management and controls
• Should be able to supervise packaging of goods and plan delivery schedule efficiently
• Handling complaints and escalating as needed.
• HONEST, HARDWORKING, and driven
• Coordinate work functions with the delivery team and supply chain
• Solve problems and issues
• Able to meet set out targets
• Set up control measures to check incidents of theft and damages.
• Salary between 50-70k depending on experience etc

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be an experience Driver with a valid license (A must ). We will perform a test
• Entrepreneurial must be matured between the age of 30-45 years old
• Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to work well and manage others
• Computer literacy a plus
• Knowledge of basic business operations(inventory, controls, profit and loss)
• Ability to supervise people
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and self direct on the job
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills
• Must reside close enough to get to work before 7 am
• Supermarket or retail experience a plus
