assume leadership roles and be exposed to activities in all the Units within our organization
Trainee Programme is designed to train, equip and develop future leaders in core functions of our
organization, ranging from Customer Relations Management, Production process, Human Resource Management,
Quality Control, Engineering systems, Effective Administration, Accounts and Finance.

Minimum Qualification:
Diploma/OND/NCE in any field

Must be able to cope with pressure
Must be flexible and adaptable
Must have a mature personality
Must have good organizational and administrative skills
