Bros, you just dey post alone since. How many times has Buhari walked freely in the East or South? Buhari sent a signal that some Nigerians are more equal than others. He has been a sectional president. I campaigned for Buhari but he hasn't handled the Nigerian affair with a mature mind. Yes, call me a wailer.

Yes we know

We also know that without Jonathan this govt will not move forward positively going by the way they have been crying 'Jonathan did this Jonathan did that' for close to two years now.

If osibanjo hadn't woken up from sleep and started moving around to correct the mistakes the clueless one had been making the economy wouldn't have picked up. lie Mohammed and co have been busy deceiving Nigerians that Jonathan was the cause of the economic rather their ineptitude.

The two-faced envious tribalistic bigots have invaded this thread.

Amnesty deal that GEJ negotiated personally in the creeks under Yar,Adua and sustained in his regime made oil to flow. The same oil money they now claim he stole.

Meanwhile the Northern gods (IBB who stole over $12 billion dollars (Gulf war oil windfall) and denied their son presidency, Abacha whose loot is endlessly flowing till now and killed their people plus jailed OBJ & Abiola, Abubaker who kept Abiola in jail & saw him die under his watch & looted massively) remain their heroes.

Tribalism is a very demonic thing. It blinds seriously. shocked shocked

When it was Buhari, he incited Bokoharam to continue fighting and killing Nigerians but Jonathan utterances in the creeks has always been one to douse the tension. He avoided making statements that can make his people react in violent way. Take it or leave, he has proven to be a man of peace but violence trail Buhari wherever he goes.

- Niger Delta militants under the aegis of Joint Revolutionary Council (JRC) say that Osinbajo's tour of some Niger Delta states would not have been successful without the contributions of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan

- The JRC said Jonathan’s earlier visit to Gbaramatu kingdom made the atmosphere conducive for Osinbajo’s arrive

- The group praised Jonathan for his statesman-like act and intelligence in handling affairs of the region

Jonathan made Osinbajo’s tour of Niger Delta a success by visiting Gbaramatu Kingdom in December 2016, says Niger Delta militants

A group of Niger Delta militants have said that the successful tour of some states in the region by Acting President Yemi Osinbajo was made possible by moves made earlier by former president Goodluck Jonathan.

According to the group called Joint Revolutionary Council (JRC), Jonathan’s earlier visit to Gbaramatu kingdom made the atmosphere conducive for Osinbajo’s arrive.

The Guardian reports that in a statement released by the JRC spokesperson Cynthia Whyte, the group said: “In the past few months, Osinbajo had said the right words and a good number of people in the Niger Delta have expressed satisfaction with his utterances. We will continue to watch with cautious optimism. We however, wonder: Where were all these intellect and wisdom when his principal was in the saddle?

Osinbajo (right) speaking with Rivers governor Nyesom Wike during a stop over at Port Harcourt Airport on his Niger Delta tour that has been widely applauded.

“It is important that we commend former president Jonathan for watering the ground before the trip by VP/AP Osinbajo. It was Goodluck Jonathan who made Osinbajo’s trip a success.”

The militants also claimed that Jonathan action of visiting Gbaramatu kingdom in December 2016 and his utterances created the right atmosphere for the warm reception Osinbajo got in the region.

The statement added: “In the past few months, he had said the right words and a good number of people in the Niger Delta have expressed satisfaction with his utterances. We will continue to watch with cautious optimism. We however, wonder: Where were all these intellect and wisdom when his principal was in the saddle?

“It is important that we commend former president Jonathan for watering the ground before the trip by VP/AP Osinbajo. It was Goodluck Jonathan who made Osinbajo’s trip a success.

“It is truly difficult to understand why a Goodluck Jonathan, whose tenure had been so vilified, wants to work for the success of the same people who have continued to try so hard to denigrate him. The Niger Delta may be angry with Goodluck Jonathan, but that same zone may erupt in violence because of Jonathan.”

Meanwhile, in another move to save his party, former President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday, February 28, met with governors elected on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) over the leadership crisis rocking the opposition.

According to reports, governors that attended the meeting included Seriake Dickson (Bayelsa); Ibrahim Dankwabo (Gombe); Ifeanyi Okowa (Delta); Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia); Dave Umahi (Ebonyi); Benedict Ayade (Cross River); Udom Emmanuel (Akwa Ibom); Darius Ishaku (Taraba); Ayo Fayose (Ekiti); and the Deputy Governor of Rivers state, Ipalibo Banigo.

GEJ - The elder statesman. Gentleman.

[V/A]PYO - The smooth operator.

GEJ is a failure in Nigeria and a catastrophic failure in ND.

How come the amnesty programme he was instrumental in orchestrating and implementing during Yar'adua term and then through 2015 did not resolve the issues it was designed to after billions of dollars was expended

The amount spent on amnesty and ministry of ND over those 7 year is enough to turn all the affected states around

ND people are the cause of their own problem including Amaechi who's grouse with other ND characters is bringing distractions to this present administration ; I've never seen or heard a single ND person speak truth to the matter that the people themselves do not want peace and their leadership profits from the violence and disturbance

Within this lifetime we have seen people from the south south who are tasking and hardworking loose their source of livelihood their farms destroyed and their waterways polluted while illiterates whose only claim to fame is extreme violence and possession of ridiculous names like Tompolo boyloaf become multi billionaires exploiting the pains of their people and holding the government to ransom

It's was Jonathan who funded the violence that errupted after the Buhari administration threatened to stop amnesty and tightened its grip on Tompolo and PEJ

We all know how the likes of dokubo and Tompolo were funded through the bling bling pastor to wage war if GEJ losses the FG election
