Lalasticlala In light of the recent Jamb policy, I have done the little work of helping prospective jambites seek out the Tuition fees of major private universities in Nigeria. For the faith based institutions you may notice that the margins are usually wide and that's because the lowest tuition is usually for Theology/Islamic studies while the highest is for Law/Medicine. lalasticlala mynd44 seun |

asuustrike2009: Not necessarily guaranteed depending on how many people applied for the same course as you with a better result. The truth about our educational system is that students that apply every year continuously fight for spaces that are almost non-existent. Just do a quick comparison of the amount of candidates that took jamb last year with the amount of admission slots available in all schools combined. Now, come to think of the amount of new sec school leavers plus old ones that didn't apply for JAMB last year, that will apply this year. How about new jambites that will grad from high school this year and next. And the trend continues. |

TheVictorious:Yea you're right. Top most applied courses include medicine, law, accounting, economics, engineering e.t.c. if you tell students that the chances of getting admission in these department are slim they will say you're wicked. But you see, most persons apply more at public universities than private being the latter is expensive. Had it being the latter was affordable ,you wouldn't see the pressure on public universities. |
