What kind of rubbish is this? Are they being paid to destroy travellers' luggage? While checking in sometimes back, I was made to sign a document to register my knowledge of a detached handle of one of my bags. What I assumed was that they should be responsible for any unregistered damage to luggage, but with things like this, one really need to get them informed of any fragile item with its status and properly documented to that effect. One frustrated idiot will ease his frustration with my luggage, what's my business with his frustration? |
