According to section25 subsection 1(a&b) of the 1999 constitution states that 1. Every person born in nigeria before the date of independence, either of whose parent or any of whose grandparent belongs or belonged to a community indigenous to nigera. 1(b) Every person born in nigeria after the date of indepence either of whose parents or any of whose grandparent is a citizen of nigeria. Now,What become te faith of those born 1st october 1960 that are not recognized by the constitution? N.B; Please pardon all mistake this is my first topic. |
