This was a weird one. The area in Benin City the
Edo state capital where the middle-aged man
wanted to steal the transformer's cables from had
no power supply over a short period of time, but
as he was about stealing the cables that's was
when power was restored and you can imagine
the rest (If you have ever watch Avatar the last
airbender when princess Azula shoot Aang with
lighting bolt as he was in the avatar stage) now
that was what happened. Like the old saying
goes "one day for the thief another day for the
owner"
