The Poor And The Rich - Who Is 'More Greedy'? by hazh(m): 11:25pm On Dec 14, 2009
This question has been contended by a number
of people for many years and will continue to
generate public debate as long as the poor and
the rich exist.

The question now is:between the poor and the
rich,who is more ''greedy'' financially?

I know many of us will quickly say that it is the rich
that is more greedy. But if we are to face the fact, who
are those making the world a ''seemingly'' better
place to live, giving and inventing new things for
the world to enjoy?,Take Seun Osewa, the owner
of Nairaland as a fine example of this what I am
saying.

If you ask me,I would say the poor are more greedy.
I will explain.

Imagine a situation when somebody came to life,he
he didn't or couldn't provide something that would better
the lives of people around him.[I am not being insultive
but it is a fact].And at the end of the day,he says those
making money are greedy.How?

Remember, the single and only thing that make people
rich is the provision or improvement of existing products
or services.Check out what those that are ''trully rich'' are
doing and you will agree with me.

Forgive me,if I wrote much.Now,in your opinion,who do
you think is more greedy, the poor or the rich?

What is your take?

The rich

@SuRiUno

Hi,

You said the rich, what is your reasons
to back up?

@hazh, I think the rich because, they are constantly looking for ways to be richer, poor people are looking for just that break. Rich people will always want to be richer.

by all means is the poor- especially the working class.

The reason is, they keep doing the same thing and will expect to get more money

while the RICH will continue to add more value if they want more money.

they are both equally greedy. however, the rich have experience on their side which in turn has given them more opportunities to make more money. the poor, on the other hand, have no experience about money making and fewer opportunities.

I don,t agree with you. They can;t equaly be greedy, one must be more greedy. And i think is the poor. They expect to reap where they have not sown. Which is the principal ingredient of greed.

You have a point there. Take an average nigerian Teacher for example. They will keep teaching their student what they learnt some fifteen years back, yet will be clamouring for an increment in salary.

What value have they added to the economy that will justify their claim.

But the rich will simply think up ways to satify the need of people whenever they need more money. And that is what really make this world a better place.
