Please I need your kind and professional assistant.

I use an Android phone.
My WhatsApp got outdated.
I updated it.

But when I opened it, I entered my number.
it brought out my picture and asked me to provide my profile information which I did and pressed Next.

At this point it INITIALIZING................ PLEASE WAIT A MOMENT.

It remains like that for over an hour.

I waited and waited but it didn't change. I switched off my phone for a while and on it again.
My picture appeared again and I was asked to provide my profile information which I did again.
It started it INITIALIZING again.
for hours no change.
I rebooted the phone.
But the same thing.

I deleted the WhatsApp and downloaded another one. THE SAME PROBLEM.
I downloaded another one over five times. But THE SAME PROBLEM.

I collected whatsapp from my friends phones. But THE SAME PROBLEM.

After I might have done all I could. I went on Google to find out the problem and the solution. I did all I was asked to do. But THE PROBLEM REMAINS.

I was asked to contact my network providers. Which I did. The assured me that my line and my sub are okay.

For the past two weeks now I have not been able to access my WhatsApp.
That is why I ask for your kind and professional assistant in this matter.

NB: Every other App is working perfectly well both online and offline Apps. But only whatsApp.
