But, I was discouraged by two events: 1, due to a particular female candidate's serial use of slangs such “ok,” “aii,” despite caution during our Whatsapp formal chat in reviewing her CV; and 2, the huge data cost to download these CVs via emails or on Whatsapp chat platforms.
