Isn't law a five (5) years course??

Law used to be studied for 4yrs in Nigeria until the late 80's or so when it became 5yrs. Again, having secured A-levels, it entitled him to a direct entry that reduced the period of study to 3 years. Ghana operates a 4yr duration for law now, used to be 3yrs.
