PRICING
Entry price for all residents is almost the same except for the Platinum park where every purchaser is expected to build on at least 700sq of land. Also, there shall be price different of reasonable premium for all categories for the provision of the expected facilities.

Every allocation within the BULLION HOMES RESIDENTIAL ESTATES is a stand alone plot i.e. 350sqm,500sqm,700 square meter. The original price per plot is N300,000.00, 600,000.00, 900,000.00 respectfully, payable in installments over 12 (Twelve) calendar months.

Outright payment attracts a discount of 5% discount while there is also a 20% discount Easter promo that is on going.
