Pls today I saw a range rover car with a customised green plate number like this,( JPHR )pls any one with an idea on how to get kind of unique plate number, unique as in the plate number is not a normal blue colour but green like those government colours or like the peace ambassador kind of colour,I was told that peace ambassador green numbers has been invalidated by the FRSC,thanks |
