I think Nairaland is encouraging the killing of wildlife in Nigeria by always making snake topics from page. All i known is that, if you are done destroying your environment, your environment will destroy you. A lady once said Nigerians are illiterate so true.

If the owner of the site was literate and enlightened enough, he would know that the reckless killing of our wildlife resources in Nigeria is predisposing our environment to danger in the nearest future and not encourage such by moving these topics to front page. But what do they care, as long as traffic booms, no one cares about the immediate environment. As a seasoned forester and wildlifer, many wildlife species are on the verge of going into extinction owing to the large numbers decimated all the time. People now deliberately go into hunting these creatures for monetary compensation and gratification throwing into the wind, the importance of conserving the environment alongside the forest and wildlife resources inherent.
The wildlife sector is one that has been neglected for a long time now. Everyone has to be conscious of the great importance of Wildlife resources management as We all have a role to play

God bless you and @maxwell60

Will an MTN or a DSTV or Yahoo celebrate animal population decimation so much and NLers not be shouting in hypocrisy?
