State actors are states that possess the following features (Geographically defined territory , population, Government and sovereignty). USA,France,Nigeria,China,Russia,Germany,UK and other sovereign states of the world are examples of state actors .



Non state actors are important people in a state they are usually at the helm of affair in the state. Non state actors constitute Head of states, Head of government , prime ministers e. t. c However we have people that are not holding political office but are rich and influential.They are also Non state actors e. g Bill Gate, the founder of facebook , Aliko Dangote. e.t.c
