Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Job Description
- Prepare HR strategic plan, budgets and forecast in accordance with company guideline
- Prepare, Implement and manage HR and company rules and procedures
- Liaising with other functional/ developmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspect and needs of the Human Resources and to ensure that they are fully informed of the Human Resource Objectives, purposes and achievements.
- Give sound and accurate advice to hiring managers in relation to employee relation issues
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the company
- Advice on recruitment and selection process
- Oversee the Performance Appraisal system
- Oversee the probation period process for all employee
- To maintain office services by organizing office operation and procedures; controlling correspondence
- Advise managers with evaluation of employee key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Attend to disciplinsry matters, review queries and issue warning/ termination letters to affected employees where required

Salary package is N60,000 but can be adjusted during interview if candidates seem more qualify.
