Burnout: This is the physical or mental collapse caused by overwork or stress (online dictionary), early signs include high level of anxiety, stress and not getting enough sleep. It could also result in illness, feeling tired and fatigued. Burnout might also result in one depending on caffeine or sugar to remain alert.

Should you experience any of the symptom above, you're advice to:

* Have a fitness plan
Physical exercise increases your sense of fulfilment and the mental awareness that you're doing everything to take care of your body also helps prevent burn-out.

* Engage in regular social activities
There are a lot of fulfillment to be gained emotionally from spending time with loved ones (friends and family), it is advice that you make a conscious effort to meet new people, attend social events, recreational activities and have fun.

* Get a new hobby
Picking a hobby totally different from how you spend your week days also helps, also follow it with passion. Make sure its one that requires you having an entirely different skill set and also that's a good path for better productivity.

* Have a plan for your life
Take a weekend or any particular day to write a declaration of your purpose. This gives you a process to focus on as you put your intentions into writing. It is a nice idea to find a way of putting the stresses you're experiencing into perspective.

* Involve in a charity cause
Nothing makes one happier than the fulfillment that you've been able to mpact positively on another person. There are so many less privileged person in your community or where-ever you find yourself, pick one or more out and find a reason to help them.

* Stop THAT excuses
Be quick to accept responsibility and take on challenges that face you, look for solutions and overcome them. It is wrong to blame circumstances or persons for your challenges and you will start seeing more of the positives in your life.
