from @ibakatv - We are now hiring Customer Service Agents who will be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and the company in resolving service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution. **Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage requests and enquiries from clients via telephone call or live chat.
• Serve clients by providing service information and resolving service problems.
• Attracting potential clients by answering service questions proficiently via telephone call or live chat.
• Assist in setting up new client account.
• Handling customer information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
• Attending to clients with utmost courteousness and dispatch.
• Respond promptly to client issues. **Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mass Communication or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
