Infinix Is Getting So Quiet This Year, What Is Actually Happening? by bongolistik(m): 11:54am On Mar 11, 2017
We are already in the last month of the 1st quarter of the year, and some smartphone OEM are already soaring higher, while some have even gone ahead to launch couple of devices just 3 months into the year, some are already working on and gearing up towards the launch of new devices, whereas others are still hibernating with no any info on their next plan of action for the New Year.

Gionee has already gone ahead of their competitors to launch about 3 new different devices this year, the latest, Gionee A1 and A1 Plus which are monsters in selfies; while all indication shows that Tecno is seriously working on a new device, Tecno Camon CX (C10) and in fact on the verge of launching it as leaks about the device have already circulated.

Now, coming down to Infinix one of the above mentioned OEMs fieriest rival, we are yet to hear anything about them since the beginning of this year, and not even a rumour about any of their upcoming device have been heard, and Infinix fans are already beginning to feel left out for the year.

Funny enough, even Innjoo, the smartphone OEM that has always been lagging behind others when their fellow competitors are busy launching new devices have added a new line of device, the Innjoo X3 in their phone arsenal this year.

@Op, if you check the smartphone landscape in Nigeria, Infinix are the only Android OEM that upgrade their devices. From the Hot series to the Zero and Note series.

You cant see or get any OS upgrade coming from the AliYun OS of tecNO and Hitel.

Don't you know that Infinix & Tecno are products of the same company? shocked When Tecno slows down on new releases, you will start seeing new releases from Infinix
