Never ever reduce your price just to make your customers happy. The customer has no problem with the price, what they worry about is the perceived value. Utility theory is important. They want to know if the value is equal to price. You are an expert, so educate them on the value of the product. Customer equate price to perceived value.

So the next time a customer says you are too expensive. Do two things
1. Education on the benefits of product
2. Tell them to go Bleep themselves
the problem with cheap people is that they will remain cheap. They want everything for free. All these cheap programmers should go Bleep themselves.

Create artificial scarcity to improve business. Cheap customers know the price of everything but not the value of anything.
