For some times now I have observed that the things we watch have a way of controlling our thoughts and shaping our beliefs.

Here are five things I observed from Nollywood that has corrupted our mindset.

1. It is impossible to be extremely rich without being a member of a cult or a ritualist.
This has made people to look at rich men as members of a cult. As long as a man is extremely rich, he must have offered a human sacrifice.

2. It is impossible to date a girl without sleeping with her.
cry cry cry cry This one makes me angry and sad at the same time.

3. every old woman/man living in the village is either a witch/wizard.

4. You can do all the bad you can and still end up repenting.
In real life, not everyone is that lucky, many still die in their bondage.

5. It is impossible for a daughter and mother in law to live together peacefully.
