The Video Enhancement & Effects stuff of VLC 1.03 is over-rated jare. It doesn't do much to improve viewing quality. I still prefer the Media Player Classic that comes with K-liteMegaCodecPac becos of the built in Audio switcher/boost function that can be used to boost volume and produce 3D Home theatre sound effect .

The best I've done even with the 3.5G that I get regularly on my phone is just over 200KB/sec. The day I get 300KB/sec or above, the whole Nairaland go hear grin grin

Klite? Its just dt 3d sound thing. Vlc sound tweaks aint a slouch 2 u knw.

And unless its changed this days dt klite codec ends up messing up ur pc. And some video formats just wont render properly, slow choppy etc. And worst of all it conflicts wit windows media player codecs and makes wmp unusable. U hav 2 use d classic player

Maybe, but VLC sound can't be compared to that of Klite's MegaCodecPac Media Player Classic.

I can confirm to you it doesn't mess up my pc as all video formats play and render smoothly. It also doesn't conflict with my Windows Media Player. Infact, it makes WMP work better and even gives it the ability to play many rare video formats. I can still play avi, ogm, mp4, 3gp, flv, mkv, VOB, hdmov files etc with WMP despite the fact that I have Klite's MegaCodecPac installed.

i tink d file usually comes in parts n if u dnt dwnload d largest 1 u wont be able to play d file. . . . IDM gives d option of dropping all d files or d main 1 which is usually d largest among them
well dnt knw of any other solution now sha undecided
