This happens to almst all the drivers at night...I usually reduce my speed and then look away from the lights of the oncoming vechile...

But if you still can't manage...better you stay away from driving at night to avoid stories that tell....

I usually maintain my lane by looking at my own end of the road. You avoid the light from oncoming vehicles and still keep to your lane. Works for me

see an optician, to ensure you have perfect vision. Replace your head lamps with Brand new ones ensure your windshield is always clean at night to avoid re fraction of light.

don't usually encourage full light at night but you might want to try it. reduce your speed and look directly in front of you not the oncoming lights

Stop driving at night for now since you started driving recently.
Secondly, visit an optician since you said you don't see at all.
Change your headlamps.
Lastly, when you have mastered daytime driving, while driving at night don't look directly at the oncoming vehicle lights. Rather, look at their sides.
