We're in the midst of organizing an event for about 400 guests for a small wedding.We plan to cook only jollof rice, chicken/turkey and Fish then give them malt and bottle water to wash it down. Can seasoned caterers and cooks in the house help me with an estimate of how much rice and other condiments to buy? I realise that prices vary by region but quantities will be the same.Thanks as I await your reply. |
