UEFA Champions League Quarterfinals Draw

After the madness of the round of 16, they are now only eight teams left standing in the UEFA Champions League.

This is the stage of the tournament where Europe’s biggest and best clubs including English Premier League club Leicester City will battle for ultimate supremacy.

Holders Real Madrid have been tasked with an unenviable visit to Bayern Munich, while Barcelona clash with Juventus.

Thomas Tuchel’s Dortmund will have to fight fire with fire when it they come up against AS Monaco.

And Premier League champions Leicester City, who secured a surprise success over Sevilla in the round of 16, will play Atletico Madrid.

Ties to be played April 11 and 12; second legs on April 18 and 19

Europa League Quarterfinals Draw

The draw for the UEFA Europa League has been concluded.

And the teams who remain now are Manchester United, Ajax, Celta Vigo, Lyon, Anderlecht, Genk, Schalke 04 and Besiktas.

English Premier League side Manchester United will travel to Belgium to face Anderlecht.

United's first ever European game came against Anderlecht in 1956, and United won 2-0 in the European Cup preliminary rounds. Their 10-0 victory in the second leg remains United's record win. The two clubs met again in the 1968 European Cup second round, when United progressed 4-3 on aggregate.

The other draws also seem to be interesting matchups.

The UEFA Europa League draw always takes place right after the UEFA Champions League draw as was the case this time as well.

The draws were held in Nyon, Switzerland which is the headquarters of UEFA.
