Hello everyone, is there any reason or can they be any medical explanation to why I look thin no matter the high consumption of food and multivitamin I take. I've been to a teaching hospital but the doctor said there's nothing wrong with me. I really look younger than my age too.

Eat in small potions every 3-4 hours for starters. Make changes according to your metabolism. Make sure not to feel hungry before you eat. In other words, as soon as your belly feels light, have another snack or food. Stay away from sugar, too much salt and processed food while doing this. I use to have weight issues too.
