Can you get original custom papers for a vehicle for which fake papers were arranged by dealer including paying the correct duty and at what cost?

Vehicle in question is a 2005 Honda Accord.

Sir, duty can't be paid again at Tincan Island command. And without duty the papers can't be original.
It's blocked long ago.
