Mr banji what causes the delay of shipment i ordered for a lexus car since february and we in april now and the dealer is not sure yet if he will receive it this month cause the agent he contracted kept saying he will look into the issue .. is it normal? undecided

Delays of a shipment can be caused by any party involve. Shipping company, customs, shipping agent, clearing agent e.t.c.
