I have a uncle dat I just met of recent, I dnt like the situation I met him, and am just an 100 level student, but am thinking of helping him with little money

u can as well search for a deaf or dumb uncle to partner with him or take him to hospital for eyes treatment

Each time I hear something like this it makes me hate our useless Govt d more.

Why can't d Govt pay pple with disability 5k every month.

Ask him what he thinks he can do with d amount u want to help with. Then u can start 4rm there.
