Hi guys, please do postal codes and zip codes mean the same? And how do I get one? Thanks.

Also, I tried opening a PayPal account but got stuck in the process cos I couldn't decipher what the state codes meant, they looked like this: ZT, etc. Thanks for your responses in anticipation
