The initiative has made provisions for thousands of community sanitation workers with 27,500 jobs to be created with numerous insurance benefits including life, health, accident and injury cover. The salaries of those who will get direct employment to work as sanitation workers is going to be tax free, they will also enjoy pension scheme.
