Nay bro, I'm not a supporter of GEJ but that (official) portrait is a national symbol that shouldn't be treated that way.

Him as a person can be made to pay for whatever since he might have committed but treating the national symbol in such a manner is completely insane.

I doubt if Ugandans will treat the official portrait of Idi Amin that way.
