Job Description:

Experienced new/used car Sales Manager required for this franchised dealership, working with a great team of people you will be responsible for the daily operations of the new/used car sales departments.
You will be a born leader, a motivator and be able to inspire your team to achieve fantastic consistent results.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have good organisational skills and a passion for customer service.
You must have the motivation and commitment to achieve great profitability whilst continuing to drive the department and brand forward to exceed manufacturer targets.
Responsibilities:

Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
Appraise trade ins
Purchase Used Car inventory
Establish recommended sales and profit objectives
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
Attend managers' meetings and training as requested
Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals
Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees
Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership
Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances
Assist salespeople closing deals.
Communicate with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
Maintain a timely owner follow-up system
Requirements:

Previous used Car Sales Manager experience is required
Previous Domestic Used Car Sales Manager experience is a plus
Capable of Using Technology and Internet for Marketing and Sales
Exceptional appraisal skills
Experience Purchasing Used Vehicles for inventory
Professional appearance and communication skills

Detailing and Logistics Associate

Responsibilities:

Detailing our vehicles to perfection inside and out, including washing, waxing & upholstery
Transporting vehicles to and from various warehouse locations to keep production on schedule and assisting with inventory management
Working closely with operations personnel to ensure test drives and delivers go smoothly
Flexibility to take on other tasks as needed, such as photographing vehicles
Requirements:

Must be 21-years of age or older.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work with others on a team or individually.
Responsible, careful and confident driver (you will be moving expensive cars).
Ability to drive manual is a plus.
Reliable, timely and good communicator.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads and respond to inquiries
Utilize different methods of communicating with potential buyers (phone, email, text), and complete accurate tracking of communications in our CRM system
Manage and overcome potential buyer objections
Manage, implement, and optimize campaigns to develop buyers and achieve goals
Be willing to help your team members meet their quota while juggling your personal plate
Build “cold contacts” (i.e., outreach, cold call and qualify potential buyers)
Work closely with Shift members across teams
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales or Sales Development roles at a technology company and/or company selling to consumers, with a track record of success

Delivering recently purchased cars to their excited new owners and ensuring their experience is delightful all the way to the end
Picking up cars from sellers to transport to our recon center for inspection and processing prior to being listed

In order to provide world class listings for our sellers we need people like you that are passionate about presenting our sellers’ cars in an appealing way by photographing and editing our listing photos on-site in our studio, with all necessary equipment provided.
In this position you will get to experience the exciting fast-paced environment of a quickly growing startup while indulging your passion for photography and cars.
Responsibilities:

Create quality photographs of car interiors and exteriors.
Willingness to perform necessary prep on vehicles prior to photographing, including interior and exterior detailing.
Edit photos for consistent results across all cars.
Collaborate with supporting teams and assist photo style direction.
Requirements:

Strong image retouching is required.
Passion for photography and and interest in cars.
Be able to take quality photos of the appropriate number of vehicles per day, with a quote set by the supervisor.
Ability to drive manual, have a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

Document vehicle condition by completing an electronic condition report
Maintain knowledge of system capabilities, knowledge of needed/job-relevant software packages, and web-based applications.
Conducts inspections of vehicles to detect damage, missing parts and mechanical problems
Prepare and submit report of vehicle condition, repair/replacement cost estimates and related documentation
Take multiple, overall, and damage photos, matches them to vehicle, and download them to the image server.
Requirements/Skills:

1 - 3 years of experience in the automobile field (i.e., inspections, body/mechanic shop, etc.) strongly preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic Inspections (Electronic Condition Report), Vehicle Grading, Repair Recommendations & Frame Merit Certifications required.
