In Nigeria, various sponsors including governments, companies, organizations and even individual will offer scholarships to Nigeria undergraduate student in various universities; it may be full time scholarship or part time scholarship.

COUNTRY OF STUDY: Selected country e.g. Russia, Romania, Turkey, China est.

ELIGIBILTY:
1. Minimum of five distinction A’s and B’s in WAEC (May and June) including math’s and English not more than two years old.
2. Age between 18 and 20 can apply.
3. Must know how to speak English correctly.
4. Must be Nigerian citizen

In the fulfillment of his promise to extend free education to the state owned tertiary institutions, imo state governor in January 2012 distributed scholarship form to students of imo state origin, adding that indigent students of the state owned schools that are non-indigenes will be given scholarship as well.

4. BAT NIGERIA SCHOLARSHIP FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS:
The British American tobacco Nigerian (BATN) and British American tobacco iseyin agronomy (BATIA) scholarship scheme was established in 2004 to encourage the higher educational ambitions of children aged 18 and above of the BATIA’s registered tobacco farmers. In 2005, the scholarship scheme’s scope was expanded to include eligible students from across the country. This expansion was base on stakeholder’s dialogue session. In support for the Nigeria agricultural and non- agricultural development. 5. MTN FOUNDATION (MTNF) SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY:
The mtn foundation provides financial support to over 500 eligible science and technology student in 200level and full time student in universities, polytechnics and colleges of education across the 36 state in Nigeria. It covers tuition, book allowances and stipend (pocket money) deadline fall within October to November.

6. NWAG NIGERIA SCHOLAR SHIP FOR FEMALE NIGERIANS:
Every year the Nigerian women association of Georgia offers 37 one time undergraduate scholarship in the amount of fifty thousand naira each on any course of study, to female Nigerian u undergraduate student (one per state) in Nigeria universities, it deadline is usually in may and June.
