Please House, I need advice. Thrice, I ve tried to register with Google Adsense and they keep rejecting my application. I even used my graphcard address and thought they dont accept Nigerians. However, i was stil rejected without any specific reason. Already, i have published 10 articles on my blog. Please experts in blogging should advice me with incisive info. i will appreciate.

I don't see any reason why you should find it difficult to register for Google Adsense program.
Did you use this url http://adsense.google.com
If yes, kindly post the url of the website you used in registeration. This will enable me to know the nature of the content therein.
It could be the content is not informative or could mislead the public.
Moreover, have you violated Google Adsense policies within 1year which led to cancellation of previous account?
Try and go through the Google Adsense "Program Policies" at the base/bottom of the url: http://adsense.google.com
