It breaks my heart to read so many insensitive comments. Haven't you heard that if you have nothing good to say, then don't say anything. It's possible the OP is actually a scammer but what if he's not?
What if he's truly depressed? We are different people, brought up differently and with different outlook on life. One person might be able to endure 5years of unemployment and hard hustling but another person might just give up after 3years. We all have different thresholds of pain and suffering, and we react differently to situations.

If you can help him with the information he requires then help him. If you can't, leave him be. Don't put him down further than he already is. Afterall, he hasn't asked anyone for money and there hasn't been any allegations of scam against him.

Some of you really need to ask forgiveness from God. It's most likely that you might have contributed unknowingly to a suicide with the way you 'spew' harsh and insensitive comments.
