Is it okay to say your preferred receivable pay at an interview or say you should be compensated based on industry standards?

Ideally, it is very very wrong to state dat. On the other hand, if you r SO confident bout ur experience, and u av beaten the panel, you can state ur demand and negotiate. IMHO.

If u have an idea of what d pay 4d position looks like, u can give a range,but to be careful in overpricing or underpricing urself.it is better to say 'based on industry standards or the company compensation policy for the position,
