Marketing Officer: Educational Services


· Scope for new clients for adoption of Company's Services
Grow the number of clients on Company's Platform
· Coordinate and develop presentations on services and programmes.
· Provide information to customers regarding appropriate policies, procedures and operating practices; as well as competitor activities
· Evaluate customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
· Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
· Act as key interface between the client and all relevant divisions.
· Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.


Education:
A first degree preferably in the social sciences
Fluent in English
Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in an area of specialisation; with experience working with others
· Experience working in a medium organization
· Experience of managing accounts
· Account Management experience and relationship building skills
· Knowledge of evolution in educational technology space
· Previous experience in marketing and sales
