I WANT TO CATEGORICAL SAY THAT THE REASON WHY THIS FUEL SCARCITY PERSIST IS BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THE PETROLEUM MINISTER WE HAVE DR LUKEMAN.WHEN HE WAS PETROLEUM MINISTER DURING THE MILITARY DAYS THE SAME THING HAPPENED AND NOW HE IS BACK.ONCE THE MAN IS SACKED AND A FRESH MAN WITH IDEAS COME IN THINGS MUST CHANGE QED. |
