Evening bro and how's everything? I want to ask if Sudden slow charging could be caused by cable. My followcome adapter got burnt which I've gotten a new one but I discovered that it charges very slowly. I've tried many adapter but still the same issue. Kindly enlighten if I should get a new cable or what do you suggest? As Lexusgs430 is now avoiding reasonable quotes and paying attention to trashy talks, I guess you can help.

Is the new adapter rated as the old? If yes, you can clean the charging port of the phone with broomstick as dirts could be an hinderance to optimal performance and lastly is the change of cable to a new one which should meet the rate of the adapter. i.e, if adapter is rated 2.0, cable should be minimum of 2.0A.

Check the out-of-the-box adapter output and the new one you're getting, both must be same or the new one be higher and cable output must have a minimum of that of the adapter. Cables come with 2A, 2.4A, 3.0/3.1A. So, both (cable and adapter must have same output to give their respective best output.

How to know the cable output info? It should be indicated on the package or on the cable itself.

Thanks a lot. Can a high voltage caused a cable not to work properly again? I checked the new adapter and it's the same volts with the old one. Nothing so different. Could it be the fault of the cable then? It's still the followcome cable I used with the old adapter.
