Am still having this problem, I have done factory reset but the camera is not opening, infact the camera app have disappeared from the laucher, though it's still listed in the apps via settings...... Also my flashlight is saying, unavailable! Suggest a fix for me pls

I think you'd need hard booting or what's it even called self. (Switch of device then Power plus volume down for 10 secs. Release both then power only for 10 secs and allow it to boot.)
