The Nigerian visa card situation only applies to local transactions (I might be wrong), this has been a standard for awhile, only a few banks can grant u access to use a visa card outside our shore, I believe this are on special requests, but the majority do not.

If u have bought something from Jumia before with the card, it means ur bank visa card doesn't work for international transactions. If u have not bought anything frm Jumia b4, you gat activate the card for online transactions then it will work.

Visa isn't for local only.

I just bought an item for 900 Naira and they didn't ask for OTP. So those people fit steal my money abi?

I just discovered that even with 4G network, I can't download from Playstore.
