They delivered a wrong package, it wasn't as if I cancelled the order. There are other people complaining about the same on their twitter handle.

I see it as they're scamming people of their hard earned money. People ordered for phone and Jumia delivers USB cord, ear piece and the likes you know they don't pay the same amount of custom fee for phone, USB cord and ear pieces they're delivering as phones.

Nigerian customs took the money not Jumia.Jumia is just like a marketplace with Jumia company as the refree.Its better to order Jumia express items which Jumia dispatches themselves. I got my A7 pro in three days flat from them

Yeah, but it's jumia's fault. If they'd delivered Umidigi A7 pro he wouldn't have returned it, so they should bear the loss or penalise anyone responsible.
